Randy Jones, president of AquaTerra Consulting, has worked with wetland, watershed, and water quality issues since 1995, including work experience with the Allen & DeKalb County Soil & Water Conservation Districts, and in a wetland regulatory position with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management- Section 401 Water Quality Certification Program.

Randy has worked as a private consultant with AquaTerra Consulting since leaving IDEM in 2001, where he specializes in wetland delineations, permitting and mitigation planning, as well as watershed management planning.
